My Bouguereau Angel - Remixed Mastercopy

11 x 14 inch chalk and charcoal drawing on white paper. I started of doing a mastercopy drawing of Bouguereau’s painting “Distain”. I changed her to have a more peaceful expression, and then just kept going from imagination. I wanted to give her gloriously strong wings, juxtaposed with a dainty, glimmering halo. I hope you enjoy!
